Terms of Service

RajaWorks Games provides information about, and access to, games we develop, including Mythrise. You agree to use the site and our games lawfully and only for their intended purpose.

Do not attempt to cheat, exploit, disrupt or attack our games, servers or community spaces.

Our games may be in active development. Features, availability, art and systems can change, break or be removed at any time before a full release.

Progress, items or accounts in an in-development game are not guaranteed to persist between updates.

Our Discord and any other community spaces have their own rules. Accounts that harass others, cheat, or violate Discord’s Terms of Service may be removed without notice.

All game code, art, writing and branding produced by RajaWorks Games remain the property of RajaWorks unless stated otherwise.

We aim to keep the site and our games available, but uptime is not guaranteed. Hosting and networking depend on third-party services such as Cloudflare and Discord.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RajaWorks Games is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our games.
